To AC Transmission,

I’m writing this letter to you for only one reason, when I brought my truck into your shop I had already taken it to two other shops and they both told me the transmission had to be replaced, that there was no repairing this one. Granted, it had 189,000 miles on it but it was my work truck and I had to get it fixed. When I called your shop and talked to Brian, he asked me if it was still drivable, I said yes but it wont go into overdrive. He said if it still moves, it should be cheaper to rebuild than to replace it so I brought it in for the free diagnostics. Both of the other shops charged me for the diagnostics. The transmission did need to be rebuilt and I said go ahead, you rebuilt the transmission for over $500.00 cheaper then the other guy’s quoted and it runs perfect. Thank you for your good service. I will recommend you to all my friends.

To Whom It May Concern,

I brought my 1997 Ford Taurus to your shop, it was not shifting. The man at the counter said you can check it for free and it would take about an hour. I just new it was ready for a new transmission, it had 124,000 miles on it. I’ve owned it since it was new. Well the man came out about an hour later and said it was the speed sensor and the cost of the repair was $134.25 + tax. Of coarse I said fix it please and now it works fine. In today’s times it is very hard to find honest people anywhere, let alone in the car repair business. So I am writing to you to say thank you so much for your honesty and great service. I will be back if I ever need any transmission help again.
